You need to book a tour a day before because they need your passport number since it's a Government building. The thing to do with that is there's a restaurant at the top of it called Kafer (I think I spelled that right) book a reservation there for tea (I had wine) and you skip all the lines. You get a drink and a cake or something and then do the walking tour which is fascinating. It's kind of like getting the view from the top of the Empire State building, but way better. Food overall was delicious. Source: Joni Blecher
