Very interesting crime museum. Wish they would cap the amount of people going in at once. The audio that you pay extra for cannot be heard well around large groups of people. Everything else was great but they lose a star from having a gift shop that glorifies those that commit crimes.
The visitor center is open. There is an excellent film about the quarries and its history. You can only visit the quarries on a guided tour lead by a ranger.
Lived in Texas all my life had no idea this place was here. What a great visit. If you going west from Texas I recommend you stop at this wonderful place.
