Rent the golf cart, it's well worth the money. We drove around all weekend on $10 of fuel and got to see everything.

We had a nice time here but did not get to see much of the island.

Beautiful island, culture and people. They have free wifi in the capital which is a nice perk. We took a walking tour and did a under water excursion at Aquafari which were both great. Down side is that hotel food is pricey and cabs are super expensive. I'd recommend renting a car or taking the bus in to town if you are a hotel in Otrobanda.
