The food smelled and looked great, unfortunately there were no seats as one guy took a 4 seat table to himself instead of using a counter seat which there were two of, one at each end of the place. Very noisy as it was so busy and did not really have that Route 66 diner vibe but it sure is popular!
Encinitas Ale House has 32 taps of Belgian & German beers, local San Diego beers, & many hard to find craft beers & microbrews from all around the world. They also have over 350 bottled beers. Won best beer bar in Draft magazine
Not bad… place was nice and clean. Seems to cater to the professionals nearby that don’t mind paying above-market prices on everything they have on the menu. I may be back if someone wants to meet me there, but I would not go out of my way.
