These guys are pretty small compared to the other breweries in SD. They have well crafted IPAs and their 2nd Draft strong ale aged with burbon oak chips is awesome. Never had any issues with the service.

I loved my day at the SD Zoo. However, I was deeply disappointed not to see the beautiful peacocks strutting about the park. They were the main reason I wanted to visit. The size of the Caracal’s enclosure seems small. I watched it for a while as it paced in circles. It would seem unfair to have animals which are in a stable position in their numbers to have such small enclosures, or honestly enclosures at all.

my first stone. parking sucks and tasting room is hard to find. just follow the gargoyles.

Gigantic brewery/restaurant with a castle like vibe, despite the fact that it's nestled in a business park in Liberty Station. Good food, but a bit overpriced for the portion size in my opinion. Similar to the original stone in Escondido the outdoor garden area is a must see.
