We had a lot of fun. Food was fine. Guides were entertaining and told facts and stories on the way there and back. There was music while we ate and rope lasso throwing, and a campfire story at the end before we left. Saw lots of wildlife, plus the horses, and got to go to the bottom of the valley which was awesome.
Food was mediocre… felt like we were herded like cattle the entire time. There is no entertainment after you are fed so you just sit around twiddling your thumbs until they get their horses ready to herd everyone back. Scenery is beautiful of course but they get upset if you wonder outside of the designated area which is not very big. There were around 300 people… 10 wagons full with around 30 people each. I was on lucky wagon number 10 so we arrived at everything last. There was no where to sit to eat and the bathroom lines were ridiculous when we returned. There are only two bathrooms stalls for 300 people so we waited for the bathroom for 45 minutes after we got back. Also, the bathrooms at dinner were absolutely putrid… my daughter actually vomited because the smell was so bad. I would not choose to do this again.
