Unfortunately there's a dirt road all the way, except for the last 30min walk, but it was easy to get a ride on the way back. Locals just stop when they see you, you don't even have to ask. The village is a great experience, we stayed at one of the houses with locals. They own very little, have no running water, they cook on the fire and sleep on the floor under many blankets, it gets cold at night. They are still smiling and welcoming! Many face-tattooed women live there. They would approach us with a smile and wave at us.
