Foraker Glacier is a glacier in Denali National Park and Preserve in the U.S. state of Alaska. The glacier begins in the Alaska Range on the north side of Mount Foraker, moving northwest for 15 miles (24 km). It is the source of the Foraker River.
Better you go in low tide so the water is calm. Wear hiking shoes and gloves. Once you get there is a beautiful scenery. Hiking downhill is a bit tough and dangerous but it’s worthy when you see such a picturesque scenery. Nice snorkeling around the island.
