The Diving at Tubbataha is truly world class. In addition to barracuda and jack fish schools, we had turtles, napoleons, moray eels, sweet lips, white tips and grey reef sharks. These are also the things that you will see for sure. White sharks were on every other dive and sometimes 5-10 at a time.
This park is an interesting one. Seeing as its the newest addition to the NPS, there are absolutely zero services or information when you arrive. You'll likely think you're in the wrong place, but the open space is free range to explore. Definitely go during daylight. Didn't spot any fossils, but I'm sure they're out there somewhere!
