Cayman Brac and Little Cayman are about as good as it gets for diving. Having been to Grand Cayman on several occasions, we were unsure what to expect on the Brac. What we found was the quiet, private and friendly paradise that Grand Cayman was years ago.
This is not a dive site for inexperienced divers! Years of extensive training in Technical Diving and Cave Diving are mandatory if you want to dive this site. However, if you have the required expertise this is one of the most spectacular cave diving sites worldwide. Naturally, no diving facilities are available on-site -- you will need to bring all of your own equipment.
Chumphon and Sail Rock are the best diving spots I've ever seen. The water is clear, you can see so many different fish and creatures! It can get kinda crowded underwater meaning you pass by other groups of divers but everyone has enough space for themselves.
Beautiful island, culture and people. They have free wifi in the capital which is a nice perk. We took a walking tour and did a under water excursion at Aquafari which were both great. Down side is that hotel food is pricey and cabs are super expensive. I'd recommend renting a car or taking the bus in to town if you are a hotel in Otrobanda.
