A Little-Known Secret Of The BVI Are The Full Moon Parties That Go On Each Month. Every month, on the full moon, several establishments throw the best parties in the British Virgin Islands, complete with entertainment, dancing, drink specials and more. The imfamous Full Moon party at Bomba's, West End, Tortola in the BVI's is one of the top Full Moom festivals in the Caribbean. The party doesn't get really hopping until the clock hits midnight.
