Attend Halloween in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii
NOTE: Without a doubt, the biggest and most celebrated holiday on Maui in years past has been Halloween. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait till Lahaina is rebuilt to see if the party continues.
Halloween in Lahaina is a giant costume party with 20,000-30,000 attendees. Lahaina blocks off Front Street to cars for the biggest Halloween celebration in Hawaii. The festivities are often compared to New Orleans during Mardi Gras. The jovial atmosphere along with incredible costumes make this Hawaii's most celebrated holiday!
Plan to arrive before 3:00 p.m. is you want to try to get one of the hard-to-find parking spaces in town.
