Visit Belstone, Devon, England
Town of Belstone in Dartmoor Devon where horses wander freely for centures. There are a number of Bronze Age remains within the parish, including the Nine Maidens stone circle, the remains of the outer wall of a burial chamber.
There is an 11 mile circular walk from Belstone to Hangingstone Hill. The walk is relatively straightforward, uphill most of the way out. The return is via the Stone Circle near Little Hound Tor and then fording the river near Belstone (if it has been wet this can be a challenge).
