Camp at Cranes Nest Wash, Arizona
Far from the incessant drone of RV generators, this primitive, backcountry campground is a great place to head if you’re looking to get away from it all. Quite small, the site will fit one or two small groups max.
How to Get There:
From Las Vegas, drive out to Hoover Dam, then continue south on Hwy 93 for 7.4 miles (just past Mile Marker 8) to Cranes Nest Road. Drive down Cranes Nest Road for about 4 miles to the campground.
Amenities:
Campfire rings
Primitive camping with no restrooms or water provided
Fee required to enter Lake Mead National Recreation Area
