If you’re looking for a family-friendly campground near Lake Mead and you have an RV, Echo Bay Upper Campground is a good choice. Echo Bay is actually split into two campgrounds--upper and lower. The upper is a little further from the lake, but has more campsites and is closer to the RV park.
How to Get There:
Take Hwy 93/95 south towards Henderson. Exit Lake Mead Drive/ Hwy 146. Turn left. Proceed to Henderson on Lake Mead Drive. Stay on Lakeshore Rd to the Echo Bay Resort turnoff. Turn left at turnoff; Echo Bay is approximately 37 miles from this turnoff.

Echo Bay Upper Campground has 166 sites (30-day limit)
Each campsite comes with drinking water, picnic tables, fire rings, and access to bathrooms and flush toilets
$10 per vehicle, $16 per watercraft
Fee required to enter Lake Mead National Recreation Area
