Camp at Lone Rock Beach, Lake Powell, Utah
Lone Rock Beach Campground is a large primitive campsite located on the shores of Wahweap Bay and adjacent to Lone Rock, a large isolated redrock formation.Lone Rock Beach is one of the few areas at Lake Powell that you can drive to the lake's edge and dry camp. Lone Rock is fairly close to Wahweap Marina, about 4mi NW of the marina.
The site is good for camping and beach activities.
The views in the area are Ok but not as gorgeous as other places in along the Lake Powell.
