The Parsons Landing Campground is a secluded beach camping site located 7 miles west of the village of Two Harbors. The 8 primitive campsites accommodate up to eight people each and are accessible only via a moderately difficult hike or kayak trip. Shade structures and running water are not provided; you must pack in your supplies. Guests must purchase at least one locker key with their reservation. Each locker contains one bundle of firewood and 2.5 gallons of water. Additional lockers are available by advance purchase only (see the Two Harbors Visitors Center). Pick up key tot he locker at Two Harbors Visitor Center either right before closing the day before (if leaving early) or the day of the hike. Recommend campsites #6. #8 is nice and usually has more protection from the wind but is far from restrooms. #2-4 are close tot he restrooms. It can get windy here so make sure you being stakes and lines to secure your tent.
