Canyoneer Happy Canyon Narrows, Utah
Happy Canyon is a very remote slot canyon just off the Dirty Devil River at the southern end of Robbers Roost Country. It is often compared to Antelope Canyon near Page.
There are two options to get to the canyon. One is via Burr Point, is long and always and can be difficult to find. Reaching the trailhead for Burr Point is easy and is generally accessible to all vehicles.
The easier route is via Poison Spring but requires a high clearance 4x4. It will take almost 2 hours from 95 to the trailhead. The trailhead is a great place to camp!
Rappelling gear and some sort of ascending device will be needed.
To reach this remote canyon take the Maze Road to the Flint Trail Switchbacks.
