Asador Etxebarri is a Spanish restaurant in Atxondo (Biscay), Basque Country (about 45 minutes drive from San Sebastián).
The restaurant was voted #10 on 2016 San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants (32nd best in the world in 2011).
The chef is Victor Arguinzoniz, who cooks everything over a grill. Thus, all courses, even dessert, have the taste of fire.
