Dine at Dessance, Paris

In the kitchens is Christophe Boucher, with a dual calling of cook and pastry chef, who has gained experience with some purveyors of taste (Ledoyen, Le Grand Véfour). In his open kitchen, he subtly fêtes seasonal fruit and vegetables, and is very attentive to the preparation of dishes. Excellent value for money at lunch.
