Kikanbo is an outstanding ramen joint just north of Kanda Station with made to order with the option of non-traditional intense spice levels. Order your ramen from the machine and then customize your spicyness level by selecting chilli level and pepper level.
Plan on getting here mid-afternoon (before 5pm) or you will be waiting with a bunch of other people.
