Award winning chef, Tylun Pang prepares authentic Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese with a contemporary twist. The fine dining menu includes island family recipes that have been passed down for generations and are made with the freshest ingredients from Maui’s farmers, fishermen and ranchers.
