Baja Med’s creator Chef Miguel Angel La Esperanza has huge windows overlooking the L.A. Cetto vineyard in Valle de Guadalupe and offers really good food. Make sure to try the Oyster Pepe, a single oyster on the half shell garnished with sashimi, lemon rind, toasted garlic, siracha, wasabi cream and a startling dollop of red caviar from flying fish.
