Torres Alegre y Familia Vineyard brought in Chef Angel Beltran of Tijuana restaurant La Casa del Mole to run the vineyard’s seasonal campestre kitchen, La Terraza Parrilla, which offers a small and intriguing menu of tapas as well as grilled fish, steak and pasta. It has a great view from the rooftop patio atop their winemaking facility.
Must try the local kumiai oysters with shallots, chives and olive oil have a very mild brine.
