And it doesn't matter that you have only one option because that one option is going to be one of the best meals you've ever had. Each night, the chef prepares a pre-fix menu including a starter, main dish and dessert, inspired by the cuisine of France’s southwest. Just like in someone’s home, there’s no choice and no substitutions.
