Malva Cocina de Baja California has one of the Valle’s fastest-rising chef stars, Roberto Alcocer. His Baja California cuisine has beautiful presentations and unusual ingredient combinations, making everything a surprise. It's an elegant and comfortable outdoor restaurant, with the “dining room” under a huge palapa, next to an open kitchen. The restaurant garden is near the entrance.
Awarded Best New Restaurant of Mexico by Travel and Leisure in 2014.
