Restaurant de L'Hôtel de Ville is a three Michelin star restaurant in Crissier, Switzerland. The chef Philippe Rochat offers a range of great dishes created by his mentor Girardet, for whom he was a pupil, right-hand man and alter ego until he spread his own wings. It was ranked 47th in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2011.
