Dine at Sushi Ya, Tokyo, Japan
Sushiya ("sushi shop") opened in 2012 and is hidden in an very narrow alley off another alley in Ginza part of Tokyo, Japan. This eight-seat sushi bar is run by Takao Ishyama, a young talent who has joined the ranks of Tokyo sushi artisans.
The multi-courseomakase menu takes about an hour.
The places books up a month in advance, so plan ahead.
