Dine at The Copper Onion, Salt Lake City, Utah
Great ambiance and a very popular restaurant. Make sure you call early for reservations. The restaurant is quaint, not very large but worth the wait. Everything coming from the kitchen is well prepared, good portions and sources locally if not make in house. Menu hits; burgers, pasta carbonara, ballard farm griddled pork chop.
