Dine at The Penney Restaurant & Bar, Rancho Mirage, California
The Penny at Desert Island Club in Rancho Mirage is great. Named after local resident artist Fredrick Penny, it’s a locally sourced menu, rare spirits library, sunken horseshoe bar and terrace dining with a view of the lake and mountains is a great spot to hang and dine with friends.
here’s a separate lounge called the Parlour with billiards and sometimes drag performer or piano player.
