Normal Heights microbrewery Automatic Brewing Company is a brewery within a brewery. Located in the back of Blind Lady Ale House, Automatic Brewing Company is devoted to crafting local, artisanal, high-quality beer from its 10-barrel stainless steel system.
Automatic Brewing Company is helmed by master brewer Lee Chase, a longtime home brewer, malting and brewing science graduate, and avid environmentalist. Chase sources his ingredients as local as they get and returns all the spent grain used for his brews back to the soil through composting. To highlight the authentic flavor crafted in each of his brews, Chase goes above and beyond to preserve the essence of his beers from the barrel to the glass.
Automatic Brewing Company’s beers are available at Blind Lady Ale House and Tiger!Tiger!’s tasting rooms. Blind Lady Ale House is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight. Tiger!Tiger! is open Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., and on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.
