As the brewery’s popularity grew -- in part thanks to key sales to places like the historic Hotel Del Coronado down the street -- more and more craft beer enthusiasts and local hopheads came out of the woodwork to champion the Chapmans’ pride and joy. Today, Coronado Brewing Company continues to churn out abundantly flavorful West Coast-style ales from its 10-barrel microbrew system, consistently enjoying high accolades for its beer, its microbrewery and brewmaster from international competitions like the World Beer Cup.
