Drink Beer at Le Trou du Diable, Quebec, Canada

Voted One of the Top Brewpubs in Canada for 2012 by Ratebeer.com. Creators Isaac and Andrew wanted to bring their hometown a unique traditional brew-pub. Open since 2005 and now offering continuous 15 of its nectars pump. Le Trou du Diable update's the website and calender monthly and are in a constant search for perfection. The kitchen offering farm fresh quality ingedients featuring salads like Gravlax Trout St-Alexis; Marinated fish cooked from a mixture of salt, sugar and spices on artisan bread, goat Farm Caron and green salad and cheese platters. Le Trou du Diable also serve's Bison steaks, Ribs and Deer. Some of the desserts on the menu are Jar of chocolate cream, Crème brûlée and fudge.
