What was once home to Wonder Bread back in 1894, Mission Brewery’s historic downtown location is now home to more flavorful indulgences: world class craft beer. Mission Brewery’s name pays tribute to the city’s original brewery, which was founded in 1913 and forced to close during Prohibition in 1919. Reviving an old name and time honored tradition, Mission Brewery plans to write its own history from within the walls of its 14,000-square-foot brewery and tasting room with its craft brews which range in style from hefeweizen and blondes to ambers and IPAs. Tours are $10 per person and include five 3-ounce tasters. Group tours are available on a first come, first serve basis and tours are limited to 16 guests.
