Pelican Brewery & Tap Room has been pairing food and beer for over 16 years. Incorporating their house made Kiwanda Cream Ale batter into the famous Tower of Rings, the Beer Blanc sauce tops the blackened cod and the brownie sundae is made with Tsunami Stout.
