Like its namesake suggests, Rough Draft Brewing Company is all about perfecting first-run rough drafts by filtering them through the brewery’s discerning clientele. Brews that prove their worth in the tasting room are put into distribution to the masses. Coming off of Rough Draft Brewing Company’s 15-barrel system are a selection of handcrafted brews that exude unique flavor profiles and characteristics that are as distinct as the beer connoisseurs who enter the tasting room. Rough Draft Brewery Company’s signature session IPAs, like its award-winning “Weekday IPA”, are refreshing treats with their striking, yet delicate flavors, while some of the more out-of-this-world brews, like the barrel-aged Freudian Sip Strong Ale or Belgian Vanilla Stout, exude more malty or bitter notes for those who are seeking beer that packs a punch. Rough Draft Brewing Company’s tasting room is open Monday through Friday from 2-9 p.m., Saturday from 1-8 p.m. and Sunday from 1-5 p.m.
