Situated at Point Loma’s historic Naval Training Center, Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens’ latest artisanal restaurant and craft brew venture encompasses a vast 23,500-square-foot space complete with indoor and outdoor dining areas and bars, a bocce ball court, outdoor cinema space, and an 11,315-square-foot garden. Just like at its Escondido location, the epicurean menu offers a wide range of hop-heavy brews paired with an eclectic mix of world-inspired cuisine. To fall in line with the brewery’s philosophy, all of the organic produce is sourced from small local farms, including from Stone’s own 19-acre farm in Escondido. From each of the restaurant’s bars are 40 exceptional craft beers on tap, as well as 100 craft and specialty brews from around the world to cater to a variety of flavor preferences for the hop heads and craft beer aficionados everywhere. Stone Brewing is open Monday through Saturday from 1130 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
