The Over the Edge Bar is located on Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, about 7 minutes east of Rum Point. This charming local restaurant offers the real taste of the Caribbean. The building is slightly battered by the wind and sea but you can't beat the view.
Most of the regulars seem to stick to beer, but visitors often order the house drink, a creamy chocolate Mudslide-type concoction.
