Drive The Golden Road, Isle of Harris, Scotland

This east coast road on Isle of Harris was built n 1897 and is widely known as the Golden Road, apparently because of the very high cost of building it through this very difficult terrain. It's best to start from Rodel so the sun is behind you so you don't get blinded driving a this fairly demanding single track road.
