At the heart of this “locally world famous” ale house in Encinitas is a selection of mouthwatering Angus and Kobe Wagyu burgers and an ever-changing list of specialty lagers and ales sourced from around the world. Among the ale house’s wide-ranging 31 draft beers and whopping 160 bottles are a variety of styles including traditional Belgian Ales, hop-heavy Pale Ales and IPAs, clean and light lager and pilsners, flavorful browns, porters and barleywines, sweet and malty ambers and reds, earthy wheats, and sweet ciders. For those who understandably can’t choose which craft brew style to commit to, flights and individual samplers are available to get a taste of each. For the adventurous craft brew explorers out there, Encinitas Ale House invites its regulars to join the 80 Beers in 80 Days Club for a chance to win a brewery tour trip to one of the world’s top beer destinations. Encinitas Ale House is open Monday from 4-11 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
