Fantastic food with juicy slices of lamb meat roasted on a horizontal spit, crunchy tomato-and-cucumber shepherd's salad, thick buffalo milk yogurt, lavash bread, the requisite Ayran for every meal, and a gooey and sweet Kadayif Dolma and Turkish tea.
