Firmin Le Barbier is a delightful Parisian bistro located on a very quiet street near the Eiffel Tower and offers a very warm welcome. The owner Francis Firmin switches effortlessly between French and English whilst taking your order and makes sure that all is well amongst his diners. A former surgeon he can now indulge in his love of wines which is emphasized by the beautiful selection of thirty bottles by the bottle or glass. The dining room is a simple elegant room where the stone walls contrast against the wood with crisp white linen laid tables.Expect a blackboard menu featuring the dishes of the day and the kitchen works to produce traditional French dishes which change according to what's best in the market. The menu has a choice of four starters, four main courses and four desserts to choose from and a risotto could be one of the starters, with mains of Osso Bucco or Coquilles Saint Jacques.
