Eat at Juvéniles, Paris
Likely the only place in Paris where you'll find haggis 2.0, this low-key wine bar is a hallowed retreat by the Palais Royal. Don't be deterred if sheep innards aren't your thing, as hostess Margaux and chef Romain offer a variety of other, more accessible dishes, such as butternut-squash gnocchi ormagret de canard(duck breast) and sweet potatoes. Unusual wine list.
