Eat at La Paloma Mexican Restaurant, La Verne, California

La Paloma restaurant along Route 66 in La Verne, California. Joe Parker, who owned Mexican restaurants in nearby San Bernardino, saw potential with the abandoned property. He bought it, renovated it and reopened it in July 1966, and the family has operated it ever since.
