Eat at Mystic Pizza, Mystic, Connecticut
Starting out as a popular pizzeria for tourists and locals, Mystic Pizza, has been serving up delicious slices since 1973. Mystic Pizza® (the restaurant) caught the eye of Los Angeles based screenwriter Amy Jones, who was summering in the area. Ms. Jones chose Mystic Pizza® as the focus and setting for her story of the lives and loves of three young waitresses. "Mystic Pizza" was filmed on location in Mystic and neighboring towns.
