Eat at Per Me, Rome, Italy
This intimate and minimalist-style restaurant situated in a narrow street crossing Via Giulia was opened in late 2015 by chef Terrinoni. He has created an imaginative menu that is balanced and full of flavour. Renowned for his excellent fish specialities, the chef is just as skilful in his preparation of meat. The new lunchtime formula offers either a classic menu or a selection of reasonably priced tapas-style options.
