Eat at The Strip & Ken's Pork BBQ, The Valley, Anguilla
The Strip, set in the heart of The Valley, is a row of food trucks and stalls. They serve a all sorts of things including conch soup, roti and salt-fish patties. There is take away or eat at one of the tables and talk to the locals.
There are usually one or two are open during the week at lunch time. The busy time is on the weekends evenings.
On Friday and Saturdays go to Ken's Pork BBQ for the best ribs, chicken and johnny cakes. He makes his own sauce.
Next to Ken's is Hunter's Food Van - best known for their pork and oxtail stews.
