Fabulously flaky, ultra-buttery croissants are baked at thisboulangerienear the foodie nexus of Marché d'Aligre. It also turns out sourdoughs, focaccia with sea salt and rosemary, crunchy baguettes, and a slew of sweet treats including madeleine cakes. On weekends especially, queues stretch well out the door. There's a handful of pavement tables and a leafy park opposite.
