The Slash X Ranch Cafe or "The Slash" as most people call it, is located 8 miles south of Barstow California. Situated in the heart of off road country, the slash has been serving the "Coldest Beer in the Desert" for over 50 years. The Slash is surrounded by 58,000 acres of beautiful desert designated for OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) use. Located off Hwy 247 the Slash specializes in serving the hungry (and more often thirsty) off road warrior.
