Eat & Drink Beer at Prohibition Brewing Company, Vista, California
Prohibition Brewing Company in Vista taps into traditional brewing methods and utilizes the most superb ingredients to craft its specialty, flavorful brews. From its brewpub – also dubbed “The Barn” – guests are encouraged to gather around quality beer, scrumptious food and lively conversation within the brewery’s casual atmosphere.
The heart of the Prohibition Brewing Company’s beers is focused on German and Austrian styles – the places where owners Ron and Kathy Adams first became enthused about craft beer. Popular brews include the gold medal award-winning Ruby Red Ale, a medium-high malt body with subtle caramel, chocolate and roast flavors, the Cali IPA, a balanced, dry-hopped, slightly citrus-flavored ale made with both American and German hops, and the light and smooth Dirty Blonde.
The tasting room is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
